1 – I forgot my username and / or password:

Enter in the box the user name or e-mail address you used to register on ideedaprodurre. You will automatically receive an email with your login information. If you have also forgotten your e-mail, send an e-mail to info@ideedaprodurre.com with your personal details and we will re-send the access codes.

3 – I want to cancel my registration

The cancellation of registration involves the removal of all personal data, processed in accordance with the Legislative Decree 196/03 amended, and the contextual disabling all services related to registration.
You will not be able to access to ideedaprodurre with your username and password to use confidential documents or services to members. To have again access to the services you will then need to make a new recording. To delete your registration you must send an e-mail to info@ideedaprodurre.com with your username and password.

4 – When I enter the username and password I get the message “user already logged in”

Registration on ideedaprodurre is personal and provides access from a single location at a time: You can not then use the same username simultaneously from two different locations.

However, it is possible that in some rare cases, the message appears to the user already connected even if there is nobody who is using your account, such as:

– If at the end of a cruise with the same account you do not click the logo “Exit” to close the session, the system considers the navigation still active for 10-15 minutes. And ‘then simply wait for about twenty minutes and retry the login;

– If your browser does not properly support the so-called “cookies” to recognize the browsing session. In this case, you may want to restore the default settings on your browser

5 – When I enter the username and password not recognized and I get no error message appears

The acknowledgment from users on ideedaprodurre is done using the so-called “cookies”

If your browser does not handle cookies or is currently configured too restrictively, it is possible that the recognition is not done properly.

In this case, you may want to restore the default settings on your web browser:
Tools-> Internet Options> Privacy> Default (Medium)
Tools> Internet Options> Security> Default Level (average)
